Green Lake

For the long weekend we headed west into Fiordland. The trip started out pretty wet and cold on Saturday, but things cleared up nicely for Sunday and Monday.

Here is a shot from the hill 5min drive from our place on Sunday. First time I have seen the Southern Lights in NZ. Probably means an epic winter is on the way. Fingers crossed.
