Kip called the lab friday morning and said he was going to Rogers Pass with Heather and Nick. The pass had had 70 cms of new snow since the new year and the forcast was calling for a boat load more. Were we in?............................Yes.Snowin hard on sunday morning (Kip and Nick). The pass had over 80 cm from fri-mon.
Because it snowed so much on sunday, the highway was closed for avalanche control. Unfortunately we were forced to stay another night. Kip shredding it up on monday morning.
Heather rippin.
Jo eyeing up a stash of untracked pow.
See Kip and Heathers Blog for some even better shots from the weekend.

Oliebollen (literally oil balls), (called smoutebollen in Belgium), are a traditional Dutch food. They are traditionally eaten on New Year's Eve and at funfairs.
They are made by using two spoons to scoop a certain amount of dough and dropping the dough into a deep fryer filled with hot oil. This way, a sphere-shaped "oliebol" emerges.
