Dutch doughnut

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Oliebollen

Oliebollen (literally oil balls), (called smoutebollen in Belgium), are a traditional Dutch food. They are traditionally eaten on New Year's Eve and at funfairs.

They are made by using two spoons to scoop a certain amount of dough and dropping the dough into a deep fryer filled with hot oil. This way, a sphere-shaped "oliebol" emerges.

Laura and Brian put on a great party and even let us stay the night in their new house.

Dough meet oil.

They were tasty little buggers.

The engine wont need an oil change for a good 10,000 kms.
