Part Dos: Belize to Guatemala

Hi again.
We are still alive and have been having a great time. We both got a case of the shits in Belize but we are over that now and have stronger bowels than ever before.
Below are a few shots from the last week all from Guatemala (Belize was great but not so many shots).

Ruins at Tikal: Apparently the Mayan gods were angerd by a messy yard.

Big spider at Tikal
ps: I now am able to climb tall buildings and shoot web out of my hands.

Semac Champay

Best swimming holes we have ever seen.

Into the caves: lots of bat poo on the sandels.

Antigua: this is where we are now. Great place surrounded by lots of volcanos.
Got within 10m of flowing larva (¿or is it magma?) today. Not surprisingly, larva is hot.

OK, gotta go and drink cheap beer and eat tasty central american food. Hasta Luego.

Good update. It's been a while since I got my grade 10, but I think larva are eggs. Molten rock is magma until it breaks the earths surface, then it becomes lava (not larva).

Anyways, its all better than changing diapers.

Molten larva... sounds tasty.

Looks like so much fun, guys. Seeing Guatemala again brings back memories. Semac Champay - I totally forgot that place existed! Fabulous swimming holes.

Have fun and keep updating.
